Khoza Guard Instructional

This was filmed in **February 2024** for David Cartwright Khoza at Apex Jiu Jitsu, Finsbury Park. Soon to be released on BJJFanatics, this lapel guard themed instructional includes a systematic aproach to entangling your opponent using double wrap. Both as a means to attack submission threats from guard but primarily to exert control from a much safer and hard-to-pass position.
